I teach and do demos of fiber spinning, with a focus on growing flax and processing it into linen. I teach historical techniques for flax processing. For many years we bred sheep to produce fine spinning fiber, and have grown flax to make linen using colonial tools and techniques. I give classes, do demonstrations, sell linen pieces and hand-made scarves, shawls, hats. I teach spinning and give historical presentations/demos of wool and linen processing.
